Visit for the coffee and be prepared to savor it! This is a fantastic spot if you're looking to truly appreciate the nuances of their espresso rather than just rush through your morning cup. The small, hand-pressed waffles were delightful, available in two flavors: caramel and celestial. I enjoyed it so much that I returned with my partner later that morning! Be sure to try the coffee brewed with a local beer from La Cumbre as well.
I recently took a road trip from Denver to Phoenix and found this fantastic craft coffee shop conveniently located near the highway. It's definitely worth a quick detour for anyone who values high-quality beans and a delightful experience. If you're in search of a sugary drink like what you'd find at a chain café, look elsewhere. Personally, I prefer fresh, single-origin beans that are roasted to bring out their unique flavors. Prismatic Coffee exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely return the next time I’m in the area.
Visit for the coffee and get ready to truly enjoy it! This is an excellent spot if you want to appreciate the flavors of your espresso rather than just gulp down your morning brew. The hand-pressed waffles are delightful and offered in two flavors: caramel and raspberry. I loved them so much that I returned later that morning with my partner! Don’t miss out on their coffee brewed into a local beer by La Cumbre, too.
Prismatic truly values quality coffee, roasting their own beans for their beverages and supplying other local businesses as well. The café has a relaxed atmosphere and offers light snacks along with a diverse coffee selection, including monthly specials (and I've heard whispers of a secret menu). I had the s'mortado, a creative twist on a cortado infused with s’mores, and I really enjoyed it. The stroopwafels are impressive—large, crispy on the outside, yet soft and tender on the inside, just as they should be.
Look no further for third-wave coffee in ABQ. This simple setup is all you need. No fuss, just a really simple coffee offering. I get that some people aren’t used to that, but trust me it’s good. The open air concept of the space is great and the flood of natural light is really enjoyable. So order your coffee, sit down and soak it in.
