I have experienced multiple errors with my orders, even after paying for premium items. It is frustrating to have to go through hoops to get the correct entrée that I paid for, and even then, the refund is only given to the exact amount. I had to return to the restaurant twice to finally receive my full order. It seems that many others have had similar experiences based on other reviews.
