Every night, we were tre... read more We enjoyed two cozy nights at Nativo Lodge. It’s a lovely location filled with Native American art. The staff was friendly and capable. Every night, we were treated to a complimentary quality beer. Our room was spacious, and the king-size bed was fairly comfortable, complemented by beautiful hand towels. However, the traffic noise and air conditioning were quite loud.

I booked a room for 2 nights to visit family in Albuquerque. When I checked in, I was not informed that my room would not be cleaned until I asked for it to be cleaned. I was very angry when returning to my room the first night, the room was as I left it. No clean towels, no bed made. I will NEVER stay there again.

The service was not impressive, and if guests want their complimentary drink, they need to get it from the reception rather than the bar, even though it's an alcoholic beverage.

Everything was outdated. Needs one big major overhaul complete remodel. The painting in our room was like splattered pain. No soap provided just push bottle for soap! And one was empty. No telling how many hands have been on it and if they put anything in there. Pool was tiny! It was open though, the pool. Balcony was cool see view. Oh elevator broke ! We walked 4 stories with all our stuff!! Ugh but they got it fixed in an hour but the walk up with tons of stuff sucked! Oh Starbucks and taco cabana a walk away.
