Stop reading these reviews and go order the Travis! This is one of the coolest restaurants in Albuquerque. The food is excellent and the atmosphere takes you back to a time of Route 66 old school diners. The service was excellent. The Travis is an amazing concoction of burrito covered with chile sauce and French fries, YOU MUST TRY. The place was very well kept and clean too. Plenty of parking outside. View all feedback.
What Sanda S dislikes about K&I Diner .:
It was okay. The old photos were the coolest thing about the experience. I thought that the food was just alright, nothing out of the ordinary. The 'home fries ' were dehydrated and nothing seemed fresh except the eggs. I am glad to have gone and experienced it, but unfortunately will not return. View all feedback.
Love the food, the hospitality and the environment. The train theme here is perfect.
Super homey and comfortable feeling inside. Awesome food came out hot and fast. Highly recommend the country fried steak and eggs with a side of red and a tortilla! My server was very nice and got me coffee before I could even sit down. I'll be back and I'll be recommending this place to people.
Saturday was the first time eating here since we saw it on Man vs Food. I put a 4 because I felt like I had a small portion of food for the price. Service was ok. Server hardly checked on us. The atmosphere felt like good. I would try it again.
The Chile has gotten better as in spice and heat , very good food. I recommend getting breakfast with red Chile.
