The staff at this restaurant consistently messes up orders and seem completely clueless about what they’re doing. During our visit, we noticed they were laughing at the customers while goofing off in the back kitchen. This behavior annoyed several patrons, and at least six customers left in frustration. I ordered two crispy and spicy chicken sandwiches, but our cashier, Gisel G, seemed to have difficulty understanding English. It wasn't a complicated order! Instead of the spicy sandwiches, we received two regular ones, and unfortunately, they were mostly inedible. On both sandwiches, half of the bottom bun was mushy, while the other half was so hard that it was impossible to bite through. I've typically enjoyed good service and food here, but this experience was a major letdown. I'm really disappointed. Service: Takeout.

The new chicken nuggets were tiny and definitely fell short of what is advertised on TV. Plus, they were really pricey—$9 for twelve pieces! I’d rate the service a 5 and the atmosphere a 5.

Ordered a 2 piece meal breast and wing got home and it was a piece of dark meat not breast!!! The biscuit was so hard I couldn't eat it. Why? They are so busy why would the food be old. Then I have to show them the mess they served me to get it replaced. Gross!!! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
