We are experienced travels and it is necess... read more This is the first negative review I have given and I feel badly doing so. I would give 0 stars if it were an option. We are experienced travels and it is necessary this review is necessary based on the way we were treated today. We were greeted warmly by a young lady telling us to choose whichever table we liked. Unfortunately, following this, our service was horrible. The waiter was short, rude, un engaged and honestly appeared under some sort of influence. Our food had been ready but ignored by our server and therefore they were lukewarm and sloppily presented. Then our silverware was rudely tossed at our table. We were not checked on once our food was received and the waiter went to take a break. We quickly tried to get our check and were unable to because our waiter was gone. We spoke to one of the other employees stating how upset we were based on the service, or lack there of, and we were simply dismissed they were not apologetic or sympathetic. Needless to say we were very disappointed by our visit. We were very much looking forward to it based on the high rating and great reviews. Unfortunately, after our experience, we feel the complete opposite and it really started our day off in a bad way.
