The three breakfast tacos I had were fanta... read more I've visited this restaurant twice during my trip to Albuquerque, and it's quickly become my favorite place for food. The three breakfast tacos I had were fantastic. Then I decided to try a breakfast burrito, which seems to be a local favorite. I had low expectations after a disappointing experience at another highly-rated spot, but Lush exceeded my hopes! The burrito was juicy, cheesy, and delicious, and their breakfast potatoes were surprisingly tasty despite looking pretty ordinary. I also tried the Lush latte, which was unique. It was a well-made latte with a sprinkle of spices that enhanced the flavor without overpowering it. I usually stick to classic coffee options, but today I decided to be adventurous and it paid off. The staff is incredibly friendly and even remembered me after a week; we even chatted about various topics. To be fair, everyone I've met in Albuquerque has been much friendlier than people back home in upstate New York.
