There is one person there who has an attitude frequently and I understand they might be tired but that does not condone having an attitude with paying customers. This was not my first encounter and I thoughtI caught them on a bad day so I gave them the benefit of the doubt but they really had the same horrible attitude the nextcouple of times I went.

They were reserving the food items running low exclusively for online orders, even as they cooked in front of us. This practice disadvantages in-person customers because corporate policies make it difficult for managers to allow these items to be available on the menu for walk-ins.
