I appreciate the young lady who served me. I wanted to try their new Al Pastor chicken, but they were out. Instead of simply trying to steer me towards the options that were available, she took the time to make more so I could try/have some. Having worked in customer service for a number of years, it makes an indelible impression on me/the customer when a busy employee takes the time to accommodate us.

It was all prepared and ready for our pick up with no waiting and enjoyed eating it right outside on the patio. It was a busy staff night but wentsmoothly with our pre order! Great staff and yummy food.

I was not even going to leave a one star review, until I looked at the many recent bad experiences with this location and realized that they were not having a bad day,but rather this location clearly lacks leadership. As others have mentioned, this location is greedy with their portion sizes.After spending nearly $24 on two burritos, I was disappointed to see two emaciated burritos that we would call lunch. Besidesseveral mistakes made with the burritos, the guacamole I ordered on one at a cost of $2.65 did not make an appearance tillnearly the end of the burrito and such little was provided the taste was all but elusive. It has been a while since I have beento a Chipotle, so maybe they changed their business model. If so, I think it is disappointing. If not, then this restaurant isran by someone that is either greedy or incompetent, because this was unlike any previous experience at a Chipotle.
