Basil And Prime - Albertson

Wow! What a beautiful store!!! Contacted them for an item I really wanted which is hard to find and the owner got it in for me. He kept in touch with me the entire time. He was such a nice guy and a wonderful business owner the way he kept me informed. It shows he really cares for his customers and wants to make them happy. I was absolutely blown away by this place. It is so clean and so well organized. I will be coming here from now on! The display case was absolutely spotless. A gem in the Albertson/Williston park area. Highly recommend.

Can't say enough good things about Basil Prime. I've been coming here for about a year now, and have never been disappointed. Their butcher shop, and each of the butchers, are top-shelf. Every person I've dealt with has bent over backward to accommodate any request, especially the owner, Andrew. They definitely aim to please. Every person who's waited on me seems happy to be working there and is quite pleasant. It's definitely worth the travel (about 25 minutes from home). Pricing is what I'd expect given the high quality of their food. Speaking of which, they have some great prepared food too so when I'm there, I'll frequently make life easier by picking up a prepared meal for my family. They also sell some produce, cheeses, breads and crackers, etc., as well as freshly made sandwiches and do some great catering too. During this COVID-19 pandemic, they've implemented curbside pickup along with maintaining the appropriate maximum number of people in the store. They're defininitely doing their part! Without any hesitation, I can highly recommend Basil Prime. Give them a try!

The fresh mozzarella from here was amazing! We also got a delicious jar of vodka sauce to make for my son's first birthday party. Will definitely be back for mozzarella and I think they have gelato too so yum.

Picked up some healthy stuff at this store while waiting for my appointment next door. They have a lot of good healthy foods and drinks and I'm pleased with this place.

First of all I would like to express that I did not have a yelp account before buying food from here, but it was so unpleasant I felt the need to write a review. My family and I were extremely disappointed with the meat my family and I purchased. The customer service was ok, not great, and the steak was horrid. I sent my mother to pick up this steak and we could not believe how bad it was. If you want to get a steak from here I recommend saving your money and going to stop and shop.
