When we finally ordered and got our food, my husband had hair imbedded in his chicken. He took the chicken back to the counter and showed the person at the counter. The guy said yep that 's a hair said he couldn 't give our money back that we had to call the corporate office, but wanted to give us another piece of chicken. The cooks in the back 2 if them had long hair it wasn 't pulled back, just hanging in their faces. We called corporate office was on hold for 35 minutes finally got our money back. Never again will we eat there.

This has definitely been the best KFC I’ve found in Minnesota so far!

We had to wait quite a while for the customers in front o... read more We decided to eat inside and arrived shortly after 4 PM. Unfortunately, the interior was rather dirty. We had to wait quite a while for the customers in front of us to get their fries before we could place our own order. I suspect this delay was related to the confusion between two employees who were trying to handle a delivery order. It’s evident that this location needs some repairs or a remodel, as all the benches were torn and the chairs were in very bad shape.
