I stopped in for breakfast before work. I ordered the breakfast platter with sausage. 3 people working and they were pretty busy. Food was hot and fresh, great portions I couldn’t finish all the hash rounds! Very friendly and the cook in the back was
Went through the drive through and waited almost five minutes before getting my order taken then waited another almost fifteen minutes to get my food. A young kid came to the window to see what I ordered and then apologized for the wait. There was also a lady working and it sounded like she got after him for apologizing. When I finally got my order, she just shoved it at me with no thank you or sorry about the wait. Very disappointed with the service today.
An elderly woman was yelling at the staff. She was really strict about the no outside food or drinks policy! My friend even got scolded for trying to bring something in. You wouldn’t see that happening at Burger King!
Kid-friendliness: Staff used unprofessional language on more than one occasion.
