Of course it works when literally everyone waits to order. Tonight I asked for salt and the girl gave me 2 pacs. When I asked the guy working for additional salt she told him that she gave me salt. Ok rude girl, you did, but not enough. And had you not been rushing me out of the drive thru I'd have asked you for more. The roast beef and fries were both not even warm. Never again. Somebody needs to fix this Arby's location real quick.

Fries are always hot, and shakes are delicious (four stars on food tasting good), but the fact that I can't get a Cheddar Beef Sandwich hot is really disappointing.
