From the moment we made our reservation to the selection of food and wine, the service was outstanding, making for a delightful experience. I highly recommend Lime 303 to anyone visiting Albany, as well as to locals. The food was expertly prepared to our liking, and they were very accommodating with special dietary needs. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude and compliments to the talented chef and the entire kitchen and service team for their efforts this evening. My holiday has gotten off to a fantastic start, thanks in part to this wonderful night at your restaurant. The dishes we enjoyed, including the akoya oysters, crispy yet tender pork belly, and carbonara fettucine, along with the tres leches dessert, were all excellent. Thank you once again for a truly memorable experience!

We ordered the crispy skin pork belly as a starter and the scotch fillet steak for the main course, and everything was cooked to perfection and tasted fantastic. I highly, highly recommend it!

The drinks were excellent; I couldn't resist having more than one Negroni because they were crafted with such attention. The waitstaff was attentive and provided top-notch service. Additionally, the kitchen staff clearly knows their craft. I enjoyed steamed oysters, venison beetroot risotto, and a chocolate raspberry tart. The chef also prepared a delightful chili that was worth tasting.

The waitress was great as well, should've asked her name but I didn't... But she made us feel welcomed and she was really nice and polite :
