Rustlers Steakhouse Grill boasts a stunning atmosphere, with a staff that is kind, friendly, and highly efficient. The service we received was exceptional. We enjoyed the Wagyu Rump, and it was truly amazing—cooked to perfection and served promptly. Without a doubt, it was the best steak I have ever tasted. Their cocktails are not only visually stunning but also delicious. I will definitely be returning for another dining experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Great steak and ribs, well cooked and served. Surprised no salad with the steak and chips at the price charged. Friendly, attentive staff. Always enjoy Rustlers. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$60–80 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Steak and Chips, Rib
Once we arrived, we were once again met with warm country hospitality, which was refreshing, especially after our experiences in Perth where good customer service seems to have disappeared. Every staff member we interacted with was very friendly, particularly towards our daughters, who were delighted by their welcoming demeanor. But you might be wondering about the food. Unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to our expectations given the hefty bill at the end. The kids enjoyed their steak, which was a high-quality cut of beef, but the menu prices made even Perth’s prices look reasonable (and they aren’t!). Overall, while the service and atmosphere earned a solid score of 5 each, the food was overpriced for what you’d expect from a pub.
