I've eaten at many Indian restaurants but Desi Delight was undoubtedly one of the best. Must try the butter chicken and Madras lamb curry. Excellent service and freshly cooked meals. Will definitely visit again when in Albany. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Desi Delight Indian Restaurant:
First time at desi ordered takeaway first impressions of the restaurant it looks a little tired and could do with sprucing up abit the fumes from the kitchen fill the restaurant making it hot and uncomfortable on your eyes I ordered onion bhaji ,prawn vindaloo,lemon rice,keema nan .the onion bhajis were very greasy and tasteless the vindaloo sauce was ok but the prawns were tiny freezer bag ones the rice was bland an... We recently had the best Indian food we've had in a long time at this restaurant. We definitely plan on returning.
The food service at this restaurant is excellent. They have a large parking area, comfortable seating, and the Indian flavors are truly authentic and delicious.
Even though the 7-mile location is farther from my home compared to another location that is less than a mile away, I usually only order delivery from there.
The pizza here is your average American style Friday night pizzaThe real gem is the Fish & Chips - 10.00 a plate and huge portions.
Amazing pizza(fresh fluffy dough crunchy on the outside w/ that perfect zesty tomato sauceThe salads & pastas are really good too.
