What User doesn't like about Papa Johns Pizza:
I ordered food through Grubhub to Albany Medical, but there was some confusion with the delivery. They mentioned that it was left for us, but we never received it. It's unclear whether the food was stolen or simply not delivered. I contacted Grubhub for assistance and spoke with the driver twice about the issue. the first time you eat johns at every papa. this location was clean, the staff was polite and efficient. but no fan of the pizza sauce I am sure is prefabricated and shipped instead of made in the shop. food: 4/5 View all feedback.
