One of the best McDonald's branches in the region. I go after my work in the city of Schenectady to Albany because they are the only branch that is still not closed at the end of the night, and the only branch that even at the end of the night you will find most of the things available and fresh and they have a very respectable staff. What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
This is the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. The place was empty and in disarray, with many employees present but none taking the initiative to clean up. All the tables were dirty, and the restrooms were no better. They have a lot of room for improvement. The food was acceptable, but definitely not great. View all feedback.

Say what you will. The new Quarter Pounder is a great improvement with the fresh unfrozen meat. McDononalds will provide any unfortunate traveler a clean toilet no questions asked, no need to buy food. Consistency is key. Ronald is still the Burger King.
I introduced a pickup order 5-10 minutes before I was even there and when I arrived my order was still not completed. I then waited another 10 minutes or so while they continue to pick up other pickup orders except mine. I had other places to be so I left without my order. absolutely unacceptable. never again to this place.
It took 29 minutes to get a happy meal. We ordered and were asked to pull to the side and someone would bring out our food. 20 minutes later, no one came. I had to go inside and they said my order went out. I had to show my receipt and then they made my order. No apology was given. Just straight attitude.Food: 2/5
Tonight the Drive thru employee has a hugeeee attitude. I didn’t get through the first thing I ordered before she said “drive up” said I am not done.. she said “alright” I proceed to order she cuts me off saying “ok drive up” still wasn’t done ordering.. all i ordered was 2 drinks and a meal.. lol needless to say they got my order wrong anyway. People are so miserable in this area, lighten up!
