Cinnabon - Albany

A part of my cinnabon was missing, but still 98% satisfied.

Do not buy the packed cinnabons! very disappointed! 4 classic cinnabons w 3 extra frosting. I first wanted them to be unpacked as I was sure they were fresh. associate behind the theke convinced me to buy the packaged was the same and that he made them fresh today. definitiw was not the case! she where hard and dry as sawdust! I went through the city and lived 3 hours from the location so that I wasn't in the position to invite back to him and tell him that he was in any case! I am very disappointed that I lied and sells dry, hard, old cinnabons! I will never return nor recommend that someone buy the package “made that day” Cinnabon’s!

First time going and very pleased. They made us a new batch of churros which were really warm. Recommend for part foods or a snack. Also staff is very nice and helpful.

My friend wanted to purchase a gift card and they told her they do not sell gift cards. After contacting the company about the issue they sold her a gift card electronically and apologized saying there should be no reason they denied selling her a gift card. When I went to redeem the gift card they said they would not be able to take it because of a deal they made with the mall to not sell or accept gift cards. I've never heard of such a thing and now I have a gift card I have cannot be redeem at this location. Is there some kind of fraud or scamming going on in that location that they are forcing their customers to only pay cash? They wouldn't let me use my credit card there either. In my experience this is your staff ripping off the company by making people pay cash so they don't have to ring in all the sales and put the money in their pocket instead.
