I found the Nigiri Unagi (with eel) that I love and that are rarely offered by an ayce. On the menu there are many combinations for the Uramaki, some particular ones like scampi and green apple. I appreciated the wine list, extensive for an ayce and of a decent level. For the service I gave 3 stars because at a certain point there was no more room on the table to eat (I understand the rush to serve but I can't hold the plates in my arms) and for the service of the white wine without the bag to keep it cool (I don't expect a glacette). The environment is well-kept, clean, characterized by lots of artificial vegetation and exposed brick walls, in an underground place in the center of Alba.
