A resposta dada por um empregado de mesa/dono?? mal educado e CONDESCENDENTE foi:”rápido não há, os senhores sentam-se, vêem a ementa, escolhem e esperam” falando alta enquanto outros clientes ouviam e virando-nos as costas. Isto é o exemplo do que não fazer, de como não falar com um cliente. Se querem ser bem atendidos vão a outro sítio, aqui claramente a preocupação é largar comida na mesa e tratar clientes como se fosse deles o privilégio comer ali. We arrived and asked if it was possible to eat something quick on the esplanade, which was empty, not because we were in a hurry but because we wanted something simple like soup.. The answer given by a waiter/owner?? rude and CONDESCENDING was: “there's nothing quick, you sit down, you see the menu, choose and wait” talking loudly while other customers listened and turned their backs on us. This is an example of what not to do, how not to talk to a customer. If you want to be well served go somewhere else, here clearly the focus is to leave food on the table and treat customers as if it were their privilege to eat there.
