What Manila Dining Diary likes about 8 Parker Willis:
We were seated at the top level so we had more privacy. That is a good place to dine if you are a small group and you want things to be more intimate. I enjoyed everything we ordered from the mushroom soup, the charcuterie with raclette and the banana mousse. Loved the charcuterie set as everything in it went well with the melted gooey cheese.
