Wally Waffle is one of Akron's shiniest gems! I absolutely love having breakfast there. Nothing on the menu disappoints. Moreover, the prices are very reasonable. They have a weekday special that includes, eggs, Wally Fries or grits and a breakfast meat for under $7. That is a great deal! Not a very welcoming lobby with the check in process. A few people ahead of me were frustrated with the tablet to check in. The next step is to speak to a person that takes you to your seat. The chicken and waffles are amazing!
We never had issue before. We love the service and food here. But not this day. This time we waited in line and they called us. We ordered the meal and waited over a half hour for the order. The waitress finally came over and appologized and took orange juice off bill. She then brought the food but didnt get the pancakes that went with the order. We finished the food and still no pancakes and i requested the bill. The waitress we had finally came over to give us the bill, she had placed the pancakes in to go bag and took them off the bill as well.
