Pad Thai
Description
Pad Thai restaurant has received a mix of reviews, with some customers enjoying their meals while others were left disappointed. Some diners found the food to be bland and greasy, with offerings like the General Tso's tofu receiving particularly negative feedback. On the other hand, those who ordered dishes like the Pad Thai and Red Curry were pleased with the flavors and seasoning. The restaurant offers many vegan options, with some customers praising the helpful and knowledgeable waitstaff. While the ambiance of the restaurant was described as peaceful and relaxing, there were complaints about issues such as cold air blowing, broken bathroom amenities, and defensive management when addressing concerns. Overall, the experience at Pad Thai seems to vary depending on the chosen dishes and service received.

This place is the pinnicle of Thai food. Everything is amazing and I have always been coming back for yearss
I did take out. Food was so bland. Ask for med spice on the Pad Thai. Zero spice. If i would have dined in it would have been unacceptable. I have entertained clients here and friends. What happened? Make this right. Im so disappointed. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $50–60
The atmosphere and ambiance at Pad Thai Fairlawn were genuinely enjoyable, with pleasant service and a comfortable setting, which made the experience start off well. Unfortunately, the food itself was disappointing from a Thai cuisine perspective. I usually judge a Thai restaurant by one of my go-to dishes, Pad See Ew, and in this case it was poorly cooked — the noodles were off, the flavor balance lacked authenticity, and it missed the rich wok-char that makes the dish stand out. More importantly, the restaurant felt far more Chinese than Thai in both flavor profile and execution, and the Thai dishes did not feel authentic or particularly refined. Sadly, this seems to reflect a broader issue in and around Cleveland, where genuinely good Thai food is hard to find and other taste profiles are often being passed off as Thai cuisine. The atmosphere was nice and the service was friendly enough that I still left a fair tip, but if you are specifically looking for authentic Thai food, this would not be my recommendation. Got the Pad Thai dish because that’s the name of the place, so it must be good, right? Worse Pad Thai I’ve ever had. Seriously. I have never had Pad Thai this nasty. Got it togo because my mother in law got it for my husband and I. The Pad Thai had a lot of different flavors and none of them were good. Incredibly bland and salty, and for some reason sweet? Tasted like there was cinnamon in it for some reason? Horrible. It did not taste like any Pad Thai I’ve ever had. And everything tasted old (ingredients tasted spoiled and the shrimp was really fishy and the food was really “wet”. I tried to salvage it by eating just the meat but the sauce was overpowering. I tried to muscle it down because I was starving. I doused it in lime juice to make it bearable (I like my pad Thai with some squeezed limes but the more I ate, the more lime juice I needed and the more nauseas I got. I couldn’t keep it down. I threw up. I have no idea how the rest of the menu tastes, but if they screwed up something as basic as Pad Thai (the dish their restaurant is named after! , I would just avoid this place all together.
