Mr. Hero - Akron

I've been coming here for years, and I usually order the Italian sub or a few of the fantastic ultimate cheeseburger snackers. Every visit has been wonderful, and the food is delicious. The pizza bites are also excellent! The customer service is top-notch, with friendly staff. I highly recommend this place!

I had a fantastic Roman burger! I ordered a 10-inch thick one, served with fries and cheese.

What a fantastic experience! We won the office of the week on 105.7 and placed 8 different orders. Mr. Hero exceeded our expectations! Every order was accurate, the food was hot and delicious when we arrived to pick it up, and the manager we spoke with on the phone was absolutely wonderful! This was our first order from this restaurant, and we will definitely be returning customers!

Always consistent in serving a big steak sandwich. This place NEVER will leave mixed with my cheese steak through grilled trade unions! So many Mr. Hero's cooks in other places do not scratch from the grill between orders and you get the last orders mixed in your sandwich! The staff is always friendly and efficient.

The food here is great. There are plenty of options on the menu from sandwiches to sides. It's all fast food type options, of course. The workers are nice. They are quick and efficient, which is good because the parking lot is a little tight and doesn't really allow for loitering. I've never had an issue with the quality or experience here. I recommend it if you want something other than a burger.
