What Wanda Hunt dislikes about Mr. Hero:
I had a disappointing experience at this Mr. Hero's location. I ordered a 10-inch Roman Burger with extra cheese, a double patty, and no lettuce, but they didn’t put any cheese or mayonnaise on the sandwich at all. When I took it back to the store to ask them to correct the order, they didn’t re-cook the entire meal as I had hoped. Literally, every time I go, I get less and less meat on my sandwich. This is the only Mr. hero. I have this problem at. It’s bad when you can’t go on your side of town to get food. I have to go to Arlington to get my sandwich made right.
Spent $30 for cold fries and cold soggy Roman Burgers ?. Also went in the inside and the smell was disgusting ??, should have just turned around and shouldn't have gave them my money. Nasty stinky smell coming from the sewage, trash filled up with knats flying all around the place. Nasty ?
Charged .50 cent for a (small water with a purchase. I thought that was a bit much. (But given the times I accept it ??
