I ask specifically... read more If you want to order the same drink each time you go and still somehow receive one that tastes different each time this is the place for you! I ask specifically for x amount of pumps of specific flavors each time as well as a specific amount of cream and each time my drink is a different color with varying levels of my requested flavor. I don’t know if no one calibrates the cream machine at this location, or if they’re measuring syrup without using the pumps on the bottles of flavoring but it’s like playing Russian roulette with iced coffees. When they do get it right it’s good though. I will say the staff is always nice.

Both the girl that took my order and handed me my drink we very pleasant and friendly. My drink was made correctly. Having a nice staff that can hustle sure makes the start of your day flow smoother.

Unfortunately, there also seemed to be a lack of respect for customers. The manager's attitude was frustrating, and it felt like the staff did not prioritize customer service. I really don't think this place is deserving of your business, especially if you're a person of color. It's disheartening to spend money on such poor quality service and food. The management definitely needs to be replaced, as this establishment is in dire need of improvement.

The woman who took my order and the one who handed me my drink were both very pleasant and friendly. My drink was made just right. Having a helpful and efficient staff definitely makes the start of your day go more smoothly.

Their breakfast options surpass those of other fast food places nearby, and their prices are noticeably lower, which is impressive given the quality and attention to their menu. The staff are always friendly and pleasant to interact with. My only issue is the weekend drive-thru line, which stretches all the way back to Manchester Road—definitely feels like an accident waiting to happen. I’m not sure if weekdays are the same since I usually only visit on Saturday mornings.
