If you want to order the same drink each time you go and still somehow receive one that tastes different each time this is the place for you! I ask specifically for x amount of pumps of specific flavors each time as well as a specific amount of cream and each time my drink is a different color with varying levels of my requested flavor. I don’t know if no one calibrates the cream machine at this location, or if they’re measuring syrup without using the pumps on the bottles of flavoring but it’s like playing Russian roulette with iced coffees. When they do get it right it’s good though. I will say the staff is always nice.

Stooped here before hitting the highway. The drive thru line was pretty long but it went really fast. Both the girl that took my order and handed me my drink we very pleasant and friendly. My drink was made correctly. Having a nice staff that can hustle sure makes the start of your day flow smoother.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. My food was burnt, and they messed up my order multiple times. Unfortunately, there also seemed to be a lack of respect for customers. The manager's attitude was frustrating, and it felt like the staff did not prioritize customer service. I really don't think this place is deserving of your business, especially if you're a person of color. It's disheartening to spend money on such poor quality service and food. The management definitely needs to be replaced, as this establishment is in dire need of improvement.

To be honest, I would consider asking for a refund or a complimentary item because of my unfortunate experience, but I really have no desire to return. The situation on Manchester Rd in Akron, Ohio, was particularly disappointing. The expo area was poorly managed, with customers expected to locate their own orders based on receipt numbers. For a restaurant that claims to be busy, I would have expected them to have someone dedicated to organizing orders as they arrive and especially when they are served. Another customer even informed me that I needed to find my order using its receipt number. At the very least, they could take a page from Starbucks and prepare everything for customers. And that's noteworthy, considering I'm not even a fan of Starbucks!

I visit this Dunkin' location regularly, and I've always been impressed by the quick and friendly service. My orders are consistently correct, and if there's ever a mistake, the staff is more than happy to fix it. I've also participated in the "pay it forward" chain several times here—when the car ahead pays for my order, I then pay for the car behind me, and it keeps going. It's such a wonderful experience that really highlights the kindness of people.
