Eggsmart - Ajax

This location was amazing. Healthy breakfast and great service.

Just an average breakfast place, conveniently located close to the highway and nearby hotels. It was surprisingly busy for a Monday morning, and there was only one server and cook working. Obviously this slowed service down significantly, but our server did a good job managing all the tables, and we were happy with his friendliness and efficiency. On the other hand, the food was disappointing. I ordered the smoked salmon eggs benedict, and I didn't even need to take my first bite to know that the salmon was past it's prime. The overpoweringly fishy odour and taste gave away it's age, and I would have sent it back if I hadn't felt bad with the server already being so busy. The potatoes were edible. Overall, I think if you stuck with the regular breakfast staples like eggs, bacon, and toast, it'd be an acceptable spot to stop for a meal.

First time visiting this place and it was great, Kaitlin my server was awesome ,friendly efficient and knew when to fill my coffee cup up. Food was served quick , hot , generous portion and very tasty. I loved the fact they served fresh fruit. I will add this to my lists of best breakfasts in Ajax. I will return. Enjoy their free Wi_FI.

I ordered Uber Eats from Eggsmart and the food came in a soup amount of hollandaise sauce. It was way too much. The salmon was salty and I ordered my eggs medium and they came hard. Nothing edible for me on this order that I paid $30 for. Extremely disappointing.
