When we arrive the door were closed 10:46pm) and I call again from my car, I try and I try and nobody answer. So they could say they are closed. But that wasn't the answer. You can't play with customers.

Sat down, waited for a long time given there were not too many people on the patio at the time. What I did think is that there was some unconscious bias happening at the very least since the Black woman behind me was waiting more than an hour to be served with her friend? Meanwhile I noticed that when white people came in, the server came up to them right away! Aside from this which can be debatable, the service was terrible. Waited way to long for everything. Didn 't get utensils with the meal? Got one napkin for two orders of chicken wings, salad and an entree. The whole place just seemed chaotic. We even had to ask for the bill twice. Of course when we motioned to get up, suddenly the bill came promptly ; Maybe they were just overwhelmed but......

We started with spinach dip and Pita chips, which... read more I went to this restaurant with a friend for lunch. It was not very busy, except for a child's birthday party. We started with spinach dip and Pita chips, which was served hot. For our main dishes, we had Fish and chips and chicken thighs with fries. Our server was attentive and friendly, even suggesting a seasoning for my chicken thighs (lemon pepper sriracha lime) which turned out to be a perfect choice. The chicken was tender and juicy, and I even enjoyed the leftovers the next day. The fish and chips portion was large and the batter was light and not overcooked. However, I felt sorry for the staff as the birthday party was very messy. The children were throwing things on the floor and their mothers did not seem to be trying to control them. Although the food and service were good, the mess left by the party was unfortunate.
