From start to finish the service from the whole waiting team was impeccable. And the food was also excellent. A comprehensive wine list. Everything reasonably priced. A very big tick from us.

When at lunch, it was excellent. we discovered the dry jar for the aperitif and wine of the region then. eyelinks to the region are always a sign of great customer attention. I do! We took a fish with a really delicious lemon risotto and a milk chocolate emulsion with ice, which was exquisite and an egg piperade followed by a Basque pork ridge and a local cheese tray. Excellent mouth lovers based on regional products are served on several occasions. note, but as the region wants, the beautiful part is made to meats. Bravo to all of you.

The food and service was top rate from arriving until we left the restaurant. The food was excellent, good portion and to a very high standard.

The beautiful pool was still open and not cold in late September, the staff smiling and charming and the room very comfortable. But the food .... beyond delicious. Ignore the Michelin starred place in town and come here. We were on demi pension so expected to have to upgrade to get a special meal, but far from it. We started with cepes cooked in butter, with local ham, confit egg yolk and asparagus. The main course was confit fresh cod on a brandade of salt cod and local ham, with a light mousseline sauce. Pudding was extraordinary cream of chestnuts and meringue with cream and brebis ice cream. Wow! If ever a place is worthy of the coveted star, this is. Go before they get it and the prices shoot up.
