The mall feels a bit empty—it is a Wednesday and a school night, but still. It seems like COVID and inflation have kept people away from the malls. On one hand, it’s somewhat nice, but on the other hand, it’s a bit sad. Malls used to be the go-to spot, especially during hot and humid weather when people want to stay cool without running up their electricity bills at home. But that’s just my opinion.

I’m always surprised when people complain about missing items after they get home. Customers should take a moment to check their order before leaving, but it seems like everyone is always in such a rush these days. As for not honoring deals from the mainland, well, this is Hawaii, not Alaska—just a different experience!

They got my order right, and within just 10 seconds, my food was ready. It was delicious, and everyone at Arby's did a fantastic job, especially during the holiday season.

I had no idea there was an Arby’s so close to me. We were at Pearlridge Center (Aiea Mall) when I spotted it and headed straight in! I went with the classic beef and cheddar sandwich, curly fries, and a soda. Everything was fresh and perfect, just as I remembered. My food came out hot and fresh. The dining area is spacious with plenty of booths and booster seats available if needed. They even have a refillable drink fountain, which I haven’t seen in ages—unlimited soda, yay! Parking is super convenient too. Despite it being a busy Saturday, there was plenty of free parking on the first level of the garage, which connects to Macy’s across the crosswalk. Overall, Pearlridge is a great mall to visit. It reminded me of mainland malls that are easy to navigate and have regular brand stores—not the typical touristy designer shops.

The condiments were excellent, and the service was friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. The deli-style food really sets it apart. Highly recommend! Enjoy!
