Palazzo Ristorante Italiano - ‘Aiea

The waiter was amazing, he was very nice and friendly and always sure we were okay. The bread was very fresh, slightly fluffy and fluffy. The pasta was very happy overall. The crab maize cutter was a good way to start the meal.

My family has come to this restaurant for almost 10 years, which many can say how good this place is. The food here is very good and the size/shares are simple enough to make you full OR take home for another meal. The atmosphere is beautiful and intimate. Parking is sufficient and prices are reasonable. The only reason I took a star was that it really takes a long time to get your food out. Albeit, when I come here, I am with many people 6 or more people. What I get, all our foods should come out at the same time, but we're all hungry. We had a reservation for 18:00 and we didn't start eating our actual dinner until maybe 7:10. We had some appetizers like the Calamari and roasted cheese sticks with their ono bread and butter. I honestly did not notice that it took so long because we celebrated our father. Otherwise, you just know that you might wait... while your food comes out... plan to eat here with a big group. Also note, the food is worth waiting if you are impatient, I do not recommend this place. Although, this is a great place for a first date or anniversary or what you have. Nearby are other restaurants and Aiea Bowl is right on the street for more family / group fun! We highly recommend this place we will eat here for the coming years!

Customer service was great, they always filled the water and checked for us. I enjoyed the bread and the butter. I have a lot of bacon and ham. That was enough to fill me. My friend ordered the chicken piccata and I had a few the chicken was perfectly crispy. After all, the Tiramisu was the best I had. Simple and subtle. Only a small little pasta place good for family, friends or just the company of itself.

We had excellent friendly service from the staff as well as the owner. Awesome food and I'd recommend that you order the regular plate instead of the mini. You get twice the amount of food for only $3 more. It's worth it.

Update: Palazzo’s has become our favorite restaurant! We’ve never had a bad experience, the staff is always warm and friendly, the food is always exquisite. My personal favorite is the Chicken Alla Saltimbocca, if you’re unsure of what to get I highly recommend it. We had an INCREDIBLE experience here! We all ordered something different, 4 different entrees total, and every one of us LOVED our food! You can tell it’s made from scratch, everything was perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. The sauces were rich and the meat was cooked to perfection. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the generous amount of food you get! They also offered options for our 3 year old, we were able to order him a small plate of chicken parm, and our server even offered penne instead of fettuccini so that our son had an easier time eating it. The starter bread is literally the best bread we’ve ever had, a thin crunchy crust and a very soft inside, THE BEST. And finally, they had the friendliest staff, every single one of them was so kind and welcoming. Not just polite, but above and beyond kindness. We had our 1 year old son with us and they were all playing games with him all evening long, popping in to check on us but also to say hello to him again, and he was loving all of the attention lol All in all we give 10/10, 5 stars in all categories. Amazing. We’ll be back guaranteed.
