This is honestly my favorite place for pho in the area! The food is amazing and the service is excellent. Whenever I'm in the mood for pho, I always choose to come here.
The food at this restaurant was excellent! The broth was delicious, the service was great, and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely be returning. I prefer this place to the previous owners' recipes. The only downside was that the Thai tea tasted like it was from a can or powder, rather than brewed. (Photo was taken halfway through the meal)
Whenever I am in the area and craving Vietnamese food, I always go to Pho Le. I started with the Shrimp Spring Roll, which had a perfect balance of flavors. I added the house chili oil to give it some extra spice. For my main dish, I had the Lemongrass Chicken Banh Mi, which was delicious with a subtle hint of lemongrass. I also added the house chili to enhance the flavor.
I used to love this restaurant, it was always my first choice for pho. However, after a few visits, I noticed that the quality of the broth had decreased significantly. It was watery and lacked flavor. The service was okay, but the overall experience was not the same as I remembered. On a positive note, the banh mi was still consistently good.
I always order beef noodle soup at this restaurant. The service is outstanding and very efficient. The pho is also delicious. This is by far our favorite pho place in Aiea.
