First met them at the Kroc Center during a Halloween themed food truck event they had going on. And then again during a HiFinest Concert. At the Kroc we got a pastele plate, it was super delicious, the rice wasn't hard and there was a lot of flavor. I told the owner about my love of burritos, and she told me the next time i see her at the concert she'd make one for me! She remembered a month later and the burrito was... View all feedback.
What Pedro H doesn't like about Linaka’s:
Tries the pastele stew at the Honolulu city Lights. Plate was $28 and I only took a few bites because it was pretty bad. Also had laulau that was ok, nothing special, and certainly not work almost $30. Maybe this is an off night but I really didn't like it. View all feedback.

It was one of the best burritos i've had. You also have to try their Cookie Butter Mochi ! One of the tastiest mochi I have tried.
This place doesn't look like much but you know what they say don't let looks fool youIn this case it's Linakas fabulous Puerto Rican food. I've waited such a long time to try this food and I was not disappointed I had the Candodi Rice, Pastele Stew with Patele and chili pepper water oh my oh my I can wait till Tuesday this time ordering 2 plates that's how good it is.

Sorry but we tried the pasteles, pastele stew and gandule rice and it was the worst we have ever tasted. The stew taste like chili, rice was sour just like the pasteles. It was at the Blaisdel…needless to say we paid $38 for 2 plates. And yes am 100% Puertoriqueño….my advice, find a real Puerto Rican recipe in Google and follow it….won’t go wrong unless you deviate from it…
I ate from the food truck n so Atmosphere isn 't really fair. Food was delicious (I had Pastele and Pastele stew)
