In addition to th... read more For my wife and me, Schloss Blumenthal is one of the most beautiful beer gardens in Bavaria. The ambiance in the castle's courtyard is unique. In addition to the beer garden with its beer tent tables and gravel floor, there's also a table-and-chair area where you can sit and eat as usual. The food is truly delicious, and organic, too. The same goes for the beer. And the courtyard is a paradise for children, too. And next to the beer garden is a farm shop with its own goat cheese—the best I've ever tasted. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside – so good I didn 't have time for a photo. Only the empty plate remained. A monument to enjoyment. A silent thank you in porcelain. Friendly service, honest food, beautiful beer garden. I 'll be back. With hunger. And maybe this time with company.
