Listen, i've ordered here a hundred times and never had a problem. this place has gone downhill, and fast. i placed an order today from the app, a veggie deligh... read more Listen, i've ordered here a hundred times and never had a problem. this place has gone downhill, and fast. i placed an order today from the app, a veggie delight loaded with every vegetable available cheese. what i received was abhorrent. usually when i get this sandwich it is full to bursting with vegetables. when i took it out of the packaging it was completely flat. when i opened the bread, i laughed out loud. clearly there was no possible way this person thought THIS mess was what i ordered. there was no lettuce, spinach, cheese or pickles. honestly, i felt personally attacked by the sandwich creator! i didn't want to consume this literal garbage so of course i gave it to my brother who proceeded to take a bite and tell me it tasted as if someone had poured cologne on the sandwich. how thoughtful! isn't it amazing that subways customer service is harder to navigate than a rocket ship? it's almost as if they purposefully make it difficult to complain because they know how often their employees will intentionally screw up your order! hopefully whoever made this sandwich gets the help they need and stops taking out their anger on the customers that order from their shop.
