I had a mate from melb who was staying in adel for work ate here two nights in a row!

As you would expect for... read more Looking through the front window Wurst and Stein looks small - but don't worry it stretches back a long way so there is plenty of room! As you would expect for a beer hall, there is a great selection of beers. Only two cider alternatives at this stage though. The menu is definitely geared towards beer food and I can't wait to try the food soon.

We sat outside on the balcony as it’s a great place for people watching. You order your food and drinks at the bar. I had the chicken...schnitzel sandwich and my wife had the beer battered butterfish chips. Everything we had was excellent especially the fish, tasting so fresh in a nice crispy batter. My chicken sandwich and any drink was a real bargain at $13 Aus. We both had a nice white wine to go with our food. Service was efficient and friendly. Fantastic old building with a lot of history.
