What Buster White doesn't like about Viet Charm:
I've never been compelled to write a bad review before, that is until now. On a quiet night mid week we booked a table of 10. The restaurant had no more than 10 other people it in it's quiet a large restaurant) and they seated us in the hottest smallest part of the restaurant. Disappointing. Was really looking forward to Vietnamese meal. Unfortunately entree was very greasy and tasteless and tiny serve. 6 spring rolls are normally not 6 2cm portions !!Meat over cooked and tough. Veggie dish good. Good choice of wine with reasonable pricing.
Nice place, had great time when come with friends for their birthday. They gave us a special room and the food was just fantastic, warm welcome service. Will be back again
My friend and i came for dinner. My chicken lemongrass had too much sweet and chill sauce. The taste wasn't as great as I expected. Besides, the tables weren't safety at all. I don't think i will be back
Vietnamese restaurant in South Adelaide, the food was good and priced well. Small walk from South Terrace too so it is quite easy to get to.
We went on a voucher one week evening with the children: our dinner was pleasant, and the food tasty enough however the portions were big and we couldn't take away the left overs. The "dry" pho was recommended to us but we didn't think much of it as it lacked the flavours of the original pho soup. The staff were very smily and friendly. Overall a nice experience.
