Vietcharm is known for serving some of the best and healthiest Vietnamese cuisine in the world. When you walk into the restaurant, you immediately notice the authenticity of Vietnamese culture in the decor and arrangements. The food is delicious and fresh, with the use of the freshest ingredients evident in every bite. I particularly enjoyed the crunchiness of the dishes, which enhanced the flavors for me. The dishes... What Buster White dislikes about Viet Charm:
I've never been compelled to write a bad review before, that is until now. On a quiet night mid week we booked a table of 10. The restaurant had no more than 10 other people it in it's quiet a large restaurant) and they seated us in the hottest smallest part of the restaurant. We had to repeatedly go up to the waiters at the bar to request drinks and even water. Their refrigerators were not working well I understand... View all feedback.

I've eaten here numerous times and always found the food to be good but the service to be very very slow.

Formerly 'Sugar Cane' (one of Adelaide BEST Vietnamese restaurants at the time), Viet Charm is sort of stuck down the far end of King William Street,

Vietnamese cuisine is considered as one of the worlds best and healthiest cuisine and VietCharm does ensures this. First thing that you would notice when you enter the restaurant is the authenticity of Vietnamese culture that they have tried to showcase through the arrangements and decor that they have. Food served is equally delicious and fresh. I had Ginger chicken which was really amazing with freshest of the ingredients. I can say that because the crunch in every bite enhanced my taste buds. It was served in a hot iron pot which made it more exciting. Laksa is also worth trying...

The worst food and service in Adelaide. Total rip off. We came upon this dive of a joint in winter and just about broke our necks on the slippery wet entrance OH&S issue right there . The theme of wet continued the stained wet ceilings and the smell of wet carpet by the toilets,? flooding? also really slippery . No soap in restaurant toilets
