Visited Seed and Stone for my first time this morning. I love the colours and the vibe, their playlist is excellent and suits their whole aesthetic. I grabbed a Choc Lover smoothie to start with and it's delicious, there is no way I am leaving here without the incredible looking pumpkin and chickpea salad. My hotel near by was charging $42 for a buffet the usual mushrooms on dry sliced bread. No other vegan options except fruit and supermarket sliced bread. Around the corner is vegetarian (all vegan just cows in coffee if asked for . Overnight oats, almond latte and chocolate chip cookie (just so it’s over $15 to claim!! It’s yummy too.

Honestly can’t understand why this place doesn’t get more hype!! It’s an incredible spot in the CBD. Fresh salads, bagels, bowls, baked goods, so reasonably priced. I went everyday I was in Adelaide! So fresh, delicious flavours, staff were lovely friendly. Perfect spot for solo brekkie or lunch.
