Lo... read more I haven't been to Public for quite some time but having previously enjoyed their breakfast offerings I decided it was time to return. I was not disappointed. Love the fact that there are a few "not breakfasty" options. I went with the confit salmon, kale and poached eggs dish. Delicious. Good coffee to go with it and professional staff made for a great start to the day. The size of the dishes may present an issue for hungrier patrons but I was satisfied afterwards.
