that was a great place to dinner. we had a surprising engagement dinner of our friends for my fiancée and I on Saturday night. all employees were really good and especially with my partner, as it is a celiac and therefore eats gluten-free. not only that she got great food she could actually eat, but the personal was great. above all one of the waitresses we had, I believe their name was dee. the service she gave us w... What User dislikes about Melt Adelaide CBD:
Hate to be negative but really unimpressed service was slow (despite there being only a few tables) and the food was rather uninspiring. Not great considering the prices charged. Many other CBD pizza joints I would hit up before returning here again. View all feedback.
Went to Melt with my husband as it came up on zomato as a great place for pizza. The service was fantastic however the pizza was incredibly bland. We had the bianco which tasted like pizza base with a bit of rosemary and the el diablo which was equally as disappointing. For a place called Melt there is a disturbing lack of cheese on both pizzas we ordered. The tapas chicken wings were nice but not enough to bring us back again.
Fantastic place, fantastic food ... Absolutely hands down the best mushroom pizza I've ever had with a hint of truffle... The duck calzone is also delicious. All time favourite place in Adelaide for pizza and tapas!
We had 8 tapas dishes between 4. They were all pleasant enough, though the serves are small and quite expensive: I got home still hungry. On a Saturday night the place was packed with mostly young people in groups and the noise level fearsome, not helped by pounding music reaching into every corner. Not a place, I'd say, for anyone over 30 who wants to have a conversation. Quick and cheerful service.

Visited last night for dinner with friends. The Queen Margarita was so delicious! I already want more. If only I were closer. The staff were friendly and attentive. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
