Description

Fresh Bites is a popular Asian takeaway spot located on Flinders Street, offering a variety of dishes like noodle salads, bread rolls, and omelette wraps with options such as crispy pork, satay chicken, and roast pork. The portions are generous, prices are reasonable, and the food is generally tasty. However, some customers have raised concerns about food hygiene and being charged for food that made them sick. Overall, Fresh Bites seems to be a go-to spot for fresh, healthy Asian food in the CBD, despite occasional inconsistencies in food quality and service.

I got an upset stomach from eating here the same say as another friend who ate there separately. It infuriates me when businesses charge people money for food that makes them sick. It tadted good on the way down, but they need to get their food hygiene right. This is essentially an exact ripoff of Soonta which is a far superior experience.

Easy and convenient. Nothing disappoints. Best value for money Viet street food place in the CBD, especially when most in the city charge top $$'for what is just street food

Fresh Bites will deliver if you're in a hurry and need something substantial. The cold roll was huge but had heaps of tasty fillings and the dumplings were yummy. The wonton soup broth was lacking in flavour but the wontons themselves had great taste and there were plenty of noodles, meat and greens in there too.

No soup, no sauce, with plain steam jasmine rice but not ginger rice, basically not the Hainanese Chicken Rice that I am familiar with. Notably, it was one of the best chicken rice that I ever had in Adelaide. The key was on the ginger spring onion. It's my favourite topping when I dine in traditional Chinese Hong Kong BBQ Vietnamese restaurants. The favour of chicken meat was quite good. The portion size of meat and rice were just enough for a healthy diet. Overall, I was satisfied and will be back quite offen, as it is close to my workplace. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The bah-mi was mostly carrot, it wasn't bad just could have used more of other fillings. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: $1–20
