I always get a great customer service, but this time I got an exceptional customer service and just had to leave a review! I ordered over the phone with a woman and told her that I was a 4 month old, probably sleeping in the car. She asked me to call back when I was on the front, and she will execute my order after me if necessary. When I was back, another beautiful person answered and he confirmed what I wanted with my pack, as well as in which car I was. I am sooo grateful that my baby could sleep peacefully and did not wake up grizzly. thanks!
