The coffee here is exceptional- consistently smooth and perfectly brewed using ethically sourced beans. I had a flat white that was the best I’ve tasted in the CBD. The food menu is a celebration of local and seasonal produce with plenty of vegan , vegetarian and gluten free options. I had the chilli eggs followed by the vegan carrot cake, both delicious and beautifully presented. Located on Whitmore Square, Cafe Troppo offers a tranquil escape from the city buzz, with a cosy interior and leafy outdoor seating. A guy took our order but never informed to the barista it was a new order, so he never prepared it, just until we asked again for it and the barista said he didn’t have any order. We were sat outside as you guys were super pumping and it began to rain- the waitress then keep a sharp eye on all patrons inside and once a table became available politely moved us inside so we didn't get saturated, however, she was also kind enough to place a heater near my husband so that I didn't freeze, gee that girl is a gem and your waffles are to die for... Cheers for being great!
