The staff treats you as though you’re ordering for free, which is very disappointing. This experience is a far cry from Burger King, and not in a good way.

I waited a solid 10 minutes, even watching another car place their order and get served before me, despite my being there first. I ordered the Shamrock Blizzard and requested two mediums, but they handed me two small cups instead and insisted that those were the only sizes available. The cups were tiny! I really wonder how this McDonald's is still in business.

If they... read more At 9:45 PM, a staff member came over and announced, "McDonald's is closed." This was confusing since the sign clearly stated they were open until 11 PM. If they plan to close earlier, they should update the sign or hire enough staff to operate until the designated closing time. While we were still trying to finish our meals, he returned to say, "We are closed," even though another employee had already begun cleaning the dining area an hour before closing time. Overall, this experience was disappointing for McDonald's.
