My black bean bur... read more Surprisingly, not much to complain about on this last visit. Our waiter actually took our order in a timely fashion and the food came out hot. My black bean burger was edible, although the guac I paid extra for was a minuscule portion. The skillet cookie with ice cream was suitably decadent. I’m not a fan of the large game and credit card terminal taking up so much of our two-top bar table. I know labor is hard to come by, but if that’s your plan, why not just have people go through a line and then take a seat?

It was strange that everyone else had th... read more A centrally located restaurant was chosen to celebrate a birthday. Everything went smoothly until one dish was delayed. It was strange that everyone else had their food except for one person. Our waiter seemed busy with other customers, but I assumed he had everything under control. Unfortunately, we had to wait while some started eating, but the manager approached us to inquire about our experience. We shared our concerns with him and he promptly resolved the issue. Despite the initial setback, the manager's quick action improved the situation. Our food and drinks were good, and we appreciated the staff singing happy birthday to us. Overall, I would consider returning to this restaurant. 3 stars.

Everything went well until one dish was delayed, which was a bit strange since everyone else's food had already arrived. We considered whether to wait for the late dish and risk our meals getting cold, but our waiter seemed to have the situation under control. Unfortunately, the missing dish took longer than anticipated to be served, suggesting that our waiter might not have been as attentive as we first believed. At this point, I was leaning toward giving a 3-star review, but the manager promptly addressed our concerns and made sure the rest of our meal went off without a hitch. We were impressed by the manager's proactive approach to customer satisfaction, and his quick action really salvaged our overall experience. The quality of the food and drinks at Chili's was fantastic, and we would definitely consider returning. A special shoutout to the family that joined in singing Happy Birthday during our celebration!

This isn't a place for a relaxed dinner; it feels like they want you to eat quickly and get out. While I understand the importance of turning over tables, there should be a balance. Both customer service and food quality are essential, but they were lacking during my visit.

My husband's steak was tough, and in my Tex Mex Bowl, I found a piece of pickle or jalapeño that shouldn't have been there. Additionally, our ranch cup contained an unidentified object. Because of these unexpected items in our food, I checked my daughter's meal carefully to ensure nothing was hidden in it. Fortunately, she was able to eat without concern. Make sure to thoroughly check your food when ordering from Chili's Grill's menu!

I decided to try the honey chicken tenders, and they were delicious! These crispy chicken strips drenched in honey sauce were incredibly tasty. They were a bit messy to eat, so I opted for a fork and knife. The restaurant also provides a nice selection of dipping sauces to choose from. Plus, there is ample parking available at this location, making it easy to access this consistently reliable spot on Beltline.
