Customers consistently express disappointment with this restaurant, citing poor service and subpar food preparation. Sandwiches and wraps often arrive unevenly made, with scant ingredients and improper layering. Staff appear disengaged, sometimes ignoring simple customization requests, which frustrates patrons. Despite charging premium prices, portions are noticeably sparse, leaving many feeling the value doesn’t match the cost. Lingering wait times and inattentive employees further dampen the experience. While understanding the challenges faced by frontline workers, visitors find the overall quality lacking, suggesting the establishment falls short of basic expectations for both taste and customer care.

What User dislikes about Subway:
I visited the restaurant around 5 PM and they were out of onions and ranch dressing. The person at the counter even had to ask me how to make the sandwich. Both staff members were quite unprofessional in their language and the topics they discussed. View all feedback.

At 5:00. They were except onions and ranch. The guy behind the counter had to ask me how the sandwich was made. Both people were unprofessional with their language and subject.

All right. The sandwich was delicious, but seed like anyone working on this has no idea how to make a sandwich and is always high. I was twice as often as the employees needed 20 minutes to make a sub, and both employees looked at something. I trained the last guy how to play cheese and meat. He put everything on one side and thought it was cool. Who knows. Maybe it's part of this subway manual. Reguardless, would never guess to go to this place.

Terrible experience. The guy who made our food CLEARLY didn't care if it was done well. He only took handfuls of vegetables and hit them on bread, without the slightest interest in even spreading them. When I asked if they had salad dresses, he grabbed them to have ranch. He was more interested in telling the other worker what Veggies are going prep than even attention to what he did. I get that these high school kids are about work, under paid, dealing with the public and have to do everything during the COVID, but come on! It wasn't even busy.

They've recently gutted all of the staff, so all of them are new. They were randomly closed the other day without reason. I went in today and noticed that they had one girl working the front while the other 2 hid in the back until several people started walking in. The food was all stale? Definitely not fresh. The bread was left over from yesterday, it was stale and hard. The tuna was VERY old and dry. The cucumbers were slimy for some reason? And something had a weird smell. I thought maybe I was getting sick because this location is usually very good and today it was just all... off. I'm worried I'm going to get food poisoning from here now.

Ordered a meatball sandwich and the sandwich was cold and the center of the meatballs were still FROZEN! Disgusting.
