The restaurant is clean and pleasant, but I was surprised to see some new menu items. I specifically wanted a Subway Melt, but the staff seemed perplexed by my request. I ended up ordering a cold cut and a flatbread turkey for my little buddy, who says hi. Unfortunately, we didn't receive much of a welcoming atmosphere, as the staff hardly smiled. It would really help if there was at least one more person working to improve efficiency. I experienced a similar situation at the North 1st location, so it might be a while before I return.
I placed an order through the app, but it wasn't ready at the promised time, resulting in a long wait. There was only one person working at the sandwich bar. I'll choose a different Subway location in the future. Edit: I gave it another chance, and once again, there was only one employee and a long wait.
The tea and lemonade machines at Subway definitely need a thorough cleaning or should use better quality water, as the drinks tasted moldy and dirty. The sandwiches were okay, but it seemed like some of the ingredients weren’t stored at the right temperature.
The pizza was delicious, though it wasn’t completely sliced.
The restaurant was unclean and extremely understaffed. The manager appeared to just wander around, seemingly unaware that the employee on duty needed assistance.
