Food is always on the verge of being cold. The staff can be hit and miss. Today I had a great rep. She was quick and courteous. I can tell they have changed their preparation of food. I don't know if it's because they have less staff but the food justseems to taste all alike. As if the same grease is used for all veggies, gravy and meat item. I know the place isn't new and cancontribute some of that to no new appliances. This doesn't mean they can't do a deep clean on the traps and frying equipment.

I wish there was a Grandy's in our town still. This one is pretty good. We had to wait a little longer than expected for the chicken strip dinner. 3 dinners came to the table and we were pretty much done when the chicken strips showed up for mygranddaughter. I would have preferred to have had it all at one time. That was the only hiccup though. The food is good, fresh, and plentiful. Overall a good experience and we left full.

Awesome cinnamon rolls...if you like yours stale and without icing! Same penny pinching owner. Saturday breakfast advertised until 11:00, yet at 10:45 I was informed they were not serving breakfast. Manager said they were out of rolls, and I told herthat I didn't have to have rolls. She still didn't offer to serve a breakfast without rolls. I would have bought two Grandebreakfasts but was ended up purchasing two cinnamon rolls instead. Where I work we call that a lost sale. I miss the oldGrandy's at the south side location! Great manager and super-courteous staff! That's why they always were much busier. Iwon't be back unless owner sells the business.

It's ok, I remember as a kid the rolls being super sweet, without butter and honey.. The rolls now barely have a hint of sweetness to them. The staff is ok, and if u need a knife and some honey, then u have to ask for them up front.. So I'm givingthis place a 4 star rating.

Was looking for an alternative to the usual breakfast joints in the area- my uncle and I have breakfast out after his radiation treatments at Hendricks the past 8 weeks. This place is NOT IT! Coffee came foamy out of carafe; and tasted like chemicals.Decided not to argue with the ladies about what my uncle actually ordered. Pepsi is not Coke. Scrambled eggs were old n cold.Hash brown was like a hockey puck. Run! Go elsewhere!
