We chose the 2 for $25 option. The selections were great and there is always food to take home. It's a really good deal that includes an appetizer, 2 entrees AND dessert so you better save room for that!

I got the 10oz sirloin and to my surprise it was very tender and cooked perfect to what i prefer my steak. Will return to chilis north side.

She told me it was reserved, but I d... read more When we arrived at our booth, I asked the hostess if we could move to a nearby empty table with a chair instead of a bench. She told me it was reserved, but I didn't see anyone sit there during our visit. Furthermore, she didn't make an effort to accommodate my request for a chair. After weighing my options, I chose the beef and asparagus instead of the salmon and broccoli. However, when my dish arrived, it turned out to be beef and broccoli. I politely requested a replacement, only to be informed later by the waiter that they had run out of asparagus and had to discard $150 worth due to spoilage. This was quite disappointing, especially since the steak I tried was overcooked. We ordered two lunch plates, one appetizer, one fountain drink, and one adult beverage, which came to a total of $70 including the tip. While the waiter did a commendable job, the overall experience left much to be desired, and I won't be returning.

The staff appeared a bit overwhelmed, although it didn’t seem directed at the customers—possibly due to a staffing shortage? I'm not entirely sure. The food was decent, but I was disappointed by the small portion of sides I received. Parking was also congested, which indicated how busy the place was. I barely had a chance to enjoy the ambiance since I was seated near the entrance and didn't want to wade through the crowd to find the restroom. The tablet at my table was set up incorrectly, but it was promptly fixed when I brought it up to a staff member. I believe this restaurant has great potential, especially when it’s not so chaotic or if the staff's morale improves.
